Check the part number and your vehicle make, model, year, trim and other relevant details before ordering. A VIN, registration number or saved vehicle helps us identify a possible application but does not by itself guarantee fitment. Contact our parts team when you need confirmation.
3. Prices, availability and orders
Prices are displayed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge and the order total are shown at checkout. Submitting an order sends us a request to supply the selected items; the acknowledgement confirms that we received it. We will review stock, price and fulfilment details and contact you if an item cannot be supplied as listed. If you have already paid for an item we cannot supply, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
4. Quotations and payment
A quotation request is an enquiry and does not reserve stock or create an order. The payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. If you choose to pay at a branch, please wait for our confirmation of the amount due and collection arrangements.
5. Collection and delivery
Available collection and delivery options are shown at checkout. Do not travel to collect an order until we confirm that it is ready. Delivery and collection times are estimates and may depend on stock, location and carrier conditions. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
6. Returns, faults and warranties
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Please retain the item, packaging and proof of purchase while we review it. We will explain the available refund, replacement, repair or other remedy based on the circumstances, any applicable manufacturer warranty and your rights under Trinidad and Tobago law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
